Binto Shipping: New orders process and ship within 5-7 days for a personalized vitamin kit. All other product purchases process and ship within a 3-5 day window. Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping on domestic (US) orders over $50. 

Returns/Exchanges: At this time, Binto does not accept returns given the personalized natural of the product and that it is a digestable. Binto does offer refunds for certain products. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your product/order for a refund at support@mybinto.com
